CollabAway is designed to streamline the process of connecting with hosts (hotels, hostels, and Airbnbs) that are open to influencer collaborations. Simply apply to join our platform—it’s free and takes less than 2 minutes. Once your application is submitted, you’ll receive a verification code. Within 3 working days, you’ll be notified if you’ve been accepted. Only accepted influencers pay an annual registration fee of £30, and then you’ll be able to explore potential collaborations tailored to your niche.
For hosts, CollabAway provides a platform where you can easily discover and connect with travel influencers who align with your brand and marketing goals. Browse through vetted influencers, filter by criteria such as follower count, engagement rate, or content niche, and reach out directly to those who are a perfect fit for your property.
We take legitimacy seriously at CollabAway. All influencers and hosts who apply to our platform undergo a thorough vetting process. This ensures that every member is genuine and qualified, allowing you to organise collaborations with confidence and peace of mind.
Although applying to join CollabAway is completely free, upon acceptance influencers will be required to pay an annual registration fee of £30. These fees do not have to be paid until a travel influencer is officially accepted to the platform. Once the fee has been paid, influencers will have immediate access to login to the platform and start collaborating!
Once your application is accepted, you’ll be invited to sign up and pay your registration fee for full access to our platform. Influencers can browse host profiles, and hosts can search for influencers. If you’re interested in working together, you can send private messages directly through the platform to express your interest and start planning your collaboration.
Our platform features an intuitive tagging system that makes it easy for both influencers and hosts to find ideal matches. You can search based on specific criteria like niche, location, follower count, or engagement rate, ensuring that collaborations are well-aligned and mutually beneficial.
At CollabAway, we prioritise the quality of your audience and engagement rate over the size of your following. Generally, we look for travel influencers who have an audience of 5,000 or more on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. The acceptance of travel influencers on our platform is also influenced by the preferences and needs of our hosts. For example, if our hosts are primarily seeking influencers with a focus on backpacking or those with a following of over 20,000, we may prioritise applicants who meet those specific criteria. While we consider various factors, final discretion rests with us to ensure that accepted influencers have the best opportunities for successful collaborations.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, with no long-term commitment required. Simply manage your subscription through your account settings, and you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
